“When we eventually decided to invest in landscaping our garden it was difficult to know where to look and who to trust.

“We had our own ideas of what we wanted and we were adamant on what we didn’t want but we could not seem to match our ideas to those landscapers we spoke to… until we contacted Martin.

“From our initial meeting we felt completely at ease with his approach and his willingness to listen to our ideas but we were also impressed with the way he politely challenged our ideas as to what may or may not work.

“One of our main concerns was the garden had been previously completely landscaped with a mixture of decking, gravel and bricks and we had longed for a “traditional” back garden that we could enjoy as a family. However, we were not confident that the garden would capture enough light to enable us to sustain a lush lawn surrounded by flowering shrubs due to the large ivy covered Tulip Tree which loomed over the back garden and was a begrudging permanent fixture as it had a Tree Preservation Order attached to it. However, Martin was confident that we could transform our garden into the garden we had hoped for.

“From the moment he presented his drawing of how the garden would look – we knew we had found the right professional to “do the Job”. In fact the finished article is a true testimony to the care, dedication and detail that Martin and his staff showed throughout the project. The garden is exactly as illustrated in that very first drawing.

“So sure were we in Martin’s ability to deliver we even trusted him to improve the front of our property by running the design of the back garden round to the front as well.

“The quality of their work is exemplary and their choice of materials is second to none. It has given us not only a garden to be proud of but it has added another dimension to our property by the amount of light, not only, in the garden but now visible in the rooms at the back of the house.

“Martin even managed to turn the overbearing Tulip Tree into a focal point of the garden which the children have loved playing around throughout the summer.

“We have only one regret and that is that we didn’t contact Martin years ago. We could not recommend Martin and his team highly enough.”
