Garden Design

Designer Martin Hawley will arrange a visit to your garden where he will survey the area, its levels, orientation, proximity to neighbouring properties and existing utility services. Liaising closely with the client a design is conceived and drawn by hand. This is presented to the client ensuring all aspects of the client's brief for the garden are achieved.

Construction/Materials

During the design process particular consideration is taken so that the best materials are sourced for the construction of the garden. After over 25 years' experience in architectural design and building construction, achieving Higher National Diplomas from Derby University, you are assured the best advice for the construction of your garden. We consider all factors of materials whether natural timber / stone, man-made elements, water features or sculptural elements to ensure all materials compliment the finished garden.

Planting

Martin Hawley has been working effectively with plants for 40 years through working with his father and having a deep-rooted interest in horticulture. With this knowledge he will prepare a planting scheme which will compliment the design of the garden whether it be contemporary, traditional, Japanese, mediterranean, or a hybrid of styles, always taking into account the amount of maintenance the client intends to undertake as the garden matures.
